Forms

Embedding forms on your site
Caltech Sites does not have its own form builder. Instead, we recommend you use a dedicated form builder and then embed your form into a page on your site. We support integration with several different form builders, including Microsoft Forms, Wufoo, and JotForm. If you would like advice on which form builder to choose, please email templates@caltech.edu so we can suggested the most appropriate product.
Form embedding is not enabled by default. You must email templates@caltech.edu and request that we enable the relevant embed block for your site.
Microsoft Forms
Microsoft forms is part of the Office 365 suite, allowing Caltech users to create forms for free. In addition, because of the integration with Office 365, you can restrict who can respond to your form using a list of specific Caltech users OR allow anyone with an access.caltech account to respond to your form. Please see the IMSS website for details of the available options.
Please refer to the documentation on the IMSS website for more information about getting started with Microsoft Forms.
